Description

We are looking for several caretakers for summer temporary positions at Skebo.

Here you will work with relationship-building service towards our tenants around Skellefteå.

As a caretaker, you will have an active and varied job where no day is like the other. You will be part of a friendly team of engaged colleagues who are passionate about problem-solving and service.

Responsibilities

As a caretaker, your main responsibilities will be to resolve service requests in a smart and efficient manner and provide good service to our tenants. You will perform minor construction, plumbing, and electrical jobs, as well as coordinate external suppliers for larger tasks. In addition to being out with our tenants, some administration will also be included.

The positions are based in Skellefteå, Bureå/Lövånger, Burträsk, Boliden, Kåge/Byske, and Skelleftehamn/Ursviken. Please indicate in your application which location(s) you are interested in.

Extent: Full-time during the period June-August Working hours: Weekdays 07:00-16:00

Your profile

We are looking for someone who may have an education in construction, plumbing, or electrical work, or alternatively, has acquired the skills through work experience. You enjoy working with problem-solving, and we believe you also have good computer skills as some administration is included.

Since the positions involve driving to different areas, a B driver's license is a requirement.

Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you have additional language skills, we consider that an advantage.

You are flexible, good at prioritizing, and ensure that tasks are completed independently.
